The Two-Part Course on “Managing Virtual Training” is a curriculum designed to support and promote Humentum Learning Services member agencies to make the best of the virtual classroom medium, covering everything from which tools to use for virtual training to how to communicate effectively with learners. Although this course is not dependent on a specific virtual classroom platform, the Blackboard Collaborate platform will be used to administer the class. This course is not designed to teach use of Blackboard Collaborate. The curriculum is derived from 2 individual courses, held on 2 consecutive days from 8:00 am to 10:30 am Eastern time (Same time as New York).

Class 1 is a pre-requisite to take class two

Day One: Design and Development of Virtual Classroom Training - This is aimed at participants who have attended at least one Virtual Class (the session will use Blackboard Collaborate).
