Caroline joined Mango in 2015 as the training operations coordinator for the open team. Her role is to administrate the courses that run in Anglophone Africa – from receipt of booking to conclusion of training. Caroline is a hub of information for participants, associates, in-house trainers, and marketing.
Caroline has a background in publishing and broadcast media and has worked for businesses large and small, including the BBC and a corporate photographer in Oxford. She is now training for a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy while working part-time at Mango. This is Caroline’s first experience of paid work in an NGO, but she has volunteered for many organizations over the years, including the Samaritans and Amnesty International.
Caroline’s passion is bringing people together and encouraging potential. She also loves the performing arts and has sung and featured in various productions behind and on the scenes over the years (no Hollywood career, yet).
Q + A
The most magical, breathtaking place I’ve ever visited is San Pedro de Atacama in the Chile. The lights went out in town at 8 p.m., which meant that you could reach up and pluck the stars out of the sky. They were so close and bright. I would love to visit the Arizona desert to experience the skies there.
If I could go back in time, I would tell my younger self to just GO FOR IT. Have a dream and dare to make it come true. You might trip up along the way, but that will make life all the more interesting!
