Kathryn Gordon currently holds the Executive Director, People and Organizational Development position at VSO. She has a demonstrated history of working in the private sector and with a non-profit organization.

Kathryn is skilled in change, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), organization design, structure, process, ways of working, and culture. She is accomplished in accompanying senior leaders in strategic planning, evidence-based decision making, and performance management, with strong practical governance experience.

Kathryn graduated from the University of Liverpool. She also holds a Diploma from Dundee College, University of Ulster and Institute of Directors.
