Andrew started working with Humentum (then Mango) in 2015. He takes the lead on Humentum’s capacity building portfolio – these are “wraparound” projects that include training, consultancy, and recruitment. Andrew came from a program background and has experience with managing funds and grappling with the finances from that perspective. This is highly relevant to understanding the challenges that clients face.

Andrew has worked with Oxfam, Save the Children, and UNICEF in both the humanitarian and development context. He has worked for short periods in countries in Asia and across Africa and has lived for extended periods in Botswana and South Africa. Immediately before starting with Humentum, Andrew was able to complete a long-held ambition to convert a shambling stone barn into our family home. His back would say otherwise, but it was a thoroughly rewarding experience.
