Tara Dolan joined Humentum in April 2020 as Senior Manager, Human Resources. In this role, she supports the entire Humentum team in doing their best work, leading global payroll, benefits, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law compliance, and staff welfare.

Tara is passionate about workplace excellence, service-oriented leadership, and holistic human resources. She previously worked at Feathr as their Director of People Operations, where she helped scale HR and Operations at a rapid-growth SaaS company from 45 to 104 employees. Prior to Feathr, Tara has worked in human resources and operations at Ronald McDonald House Charities North Central Florida, Youth & Opportunity United in Evanston, IL, Peace Corps North Central Recruitment Office in Chicago, IL.

Tara also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Tara graduated with a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from from DePaul University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
