Description

AI is redefining project leadership. Are you ready to lead the change? According to the Second Global Survey on AI in Project Management, 62% of project managers will need to significantly adapt their skills to thrive in the AI era. Success now depends on a blend of technical literacy, leadership, and ethical awareness. Those who anticipate this shift will stay ahead, while others risk being left behind.

This masterclass, designed specifically for people managing current projects or programs, closes that gap by empowering you to turn AI from a tool into a strategic advantage. Participants will learn to translate AI literacy into measurable value, reducing costs, accelerating delivery, and enhancing decision-making, while mastering the human side of innovation, including ethics, trust, and collaboration.

To get the most out of this course, we strongly recommend you are in a project manager role and currently managing a project or program.

What you will learn

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Design smarter projects and make faster, evidence-based decisions using AI
  • Lead adaptive, data-driven teams equipped with leading project management tools
  • Integrate AI across the full project life cycle – from design to sustainability
  • Apply practical templates and ethical best practices tailored to mission-driven organizations

This masterclass combines AI experimentation with proven project management frameworks to build practical, transferable capabilities. Learners will use tools such as ChatGPT Plus (or their preferred LLM), Perplexity, Notion, Asana, Miro, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, supported by ready-to-use templates aligned with Project DPro and a downloadable AI toolkit featuring curated prompts, templates, and resources.

The emphasis is on AI-driven workflows and tool-agnostic skills, including prompt design, data analysis, automation, and ethical use of AI, rather than mastering any single platform. Participants will learn how to integrate AI across the full project life cycle using adaptable templates and workflows that can be applied within their own systems, whether Monday.com, Smartsheet, Trello, ClickUp, or other proprietary systems.

The course reframed AI not as a shortcut, but as a structured thinking partner, one that strengthens problem framing, improves planning realism, supports adaptive implementation, and enhances learning without replacing human judgment or accountability. Grateful to Humentum, Raymundo Tamayo (exceptional facilitator), and fellow participants for the depth of discussion and practical orientation.

The facilitator is 10/10. He's one of the best I've had. Thanks Ray!

I liked that it was informative and the discussions and use cases together helped me better understand the uses of different AI platforms. Ray's energy is also great, made it so much more exciting to listen to the sessions.

The biggest lesson was definitely the imperative need to apply a human eye to AI in PM because of over simplification and other real world aspects that aren't easily communicated through a document. Or perhaps learning how to better communicate that to the LLM. Great session!

Honestly the best facilitator I have had. Thank you Ray for everything, for your energy, enthusiasm, efforts, knowledge sharing, even though you were sick!
