Eunice is performance-driven Governance Expert, Legal Advisor, Corporate Secretary, Trainer, and Accredited Mediator with over 18 years’ experience in diverse areas of law and compliance in critical sectors of the economy such as Energy, Transport, Real Estate, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Agriculture.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and a Masters of Law in Public Finance and Financial Services Law, and is currently undertaking her Doctorate in Law at the Strathmore University specializing in Governance. Eunice is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Secretary and an accredited governance auditor

Throughout her career, Eunice has worked extensively with Boards of Directors, developing a deep understanding and passion for organizational management and governance. She provides expert legal, governance, compliance and organizational management and leadership support to organizations. She also Lectures at the Faculty of Law at Strathmore University and conducts trainings in diverse areas of law and governance.
