Joyce is a senior financial professional with over 20 years of working experience with international and local organizations in the private sector, development sector and six years of these are with an auditing firm (Ernst & Young). Experienced in implementation and monitoring of international donor-funded projects and local donor funded projects both at strategic and operational level. She has vast experience in financial management, accounting system changeover, grant and sub grantee management, financial sustainability management, risk management, good governance, internal audits and compliance reviews. As a consultant and trainer, Joyce leverages from her extensive expertise and leadership skills to drive operational excellence in the development sector.

Joyce holds an MBA-degree from GIBS Business School (University of Pretoria), a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree with UNISA, and a Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators diploma. She is passionate in strengthening the leadership and management capacity and has mentored many non-profit organizations.
