Karrie’s experience spans B2B, professional services, technology integration, data center and critical infrastructure, managed services, multi‑location operations, field service delivery, and acquisition integration. Across these environments, she is particularly effective during periods of transition, where focus, structure, and leadership alignment are essential to stabilizing the business and creating sustainable growth.

Throughout her career, Karrie has led major organizational transformations, including narrowing offerings to improve scalability, implementing enterprise‑wide systems, and expanding recurring revenue disciplines. These efforts resulted in improved margins, reduced attrition, meaningful recurring revenue growth, and significant shareholder value creation.
