Lourdes joined Humentum, formerly LINGOs, in early 2011. She has served in several roles and is currently Member and Partner Engagement Manager. In this position, Lourdes fosters relationships with Humentum Learning Services members to ensure they effectively leverage their learning management systems to build staff knowledge and engagement. She also develops partnerships to provide the latest tools and products to members, building expertise and networks for the sector.

Prior to Humentum, Lourdes served as an account manager in the banking and finance sector. She also brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, running her beauty treatment company and making sure the brides of Guatemala always look their best!

Lourdes lives just outside Guatemala City with her husband and two children. She loves reading, cooking, and listening to music. Her parents are from Cuba; their vibrant culture is an essential part of the household.
