Lucy is an agile project manager and humanitarian worker with more than 15 years’ experience leading projects across humanitarian response, public health, social development, and capacity development. At Humentum, she manages the design, contracting, and implementation of projects and programs, providing a resourceful, collaborative, and creative approach shaped by her experience across international missions.

Bringing hope to communities and strengthening their resilience is Lucy’s heartbeat. She is fascinated by Early Warning Systems (EWS) and passionate about strengthening community capabilities through response, capacity building, research, artistic expression (such as forum theatre), and meaningful stakeholder engagement. Her interdisciplinary outlook and love of storytelling and human connection inspire her work to foster healing, resilience, and transformation.

Lucy holds an MSc in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development and a Master of Applied Science in Humanitarian Health. An alumnus of Commonwealth Scholarship and member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health, she is committed to research and practice that help organizations and communities achieve sustainable development.
