Rebecca is Humentum’s Senior Product Manager, responsible for the strategy, development, and delivery of three core product areas: training, consultancy, and the member-focused Solutions Hub. Since joining in 2015, she has evolved from a learning specialist into a cross-functional product leader, shaping high-impact solutions that serve learners, clients, and members alike.

With a knack for cutting through complexity and building practical systems, Rebecca brings structure and clarity to messy or outdated processes, ensuring that products are not only effective, but also efficient, scalable, and aligned with real-world needs. She works across teams to improve user experience, streamline internal workflows, and ensure every product delivers value where it matters most.

Rebecca holds a Product Development certification from Cornell University and brings over a decade of experience in digital learning, nonprofit capacity strengthening, and collaborative product innovation.
