Yvonne has 26 years of experience working in the international development sector with a passion for helping small organizations build capacity.

Yvonne also spent over 4 years working in the international and local NGO sector, holding senior positions. She spent over 18 years working with USAID at their Southern Africa Mission offices in Botswana and South Africa and has experience working in 12 additional African countries. She has held mid-level and senior roles in USAID’s Financial Management Office (FMO) and its Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA). Yvonne’s former position at USAID, as a Senior Acquisition and Assistance Specialist (Contracts, Grants and Compliance), found her managing part of the regional bilateral health procurement portfolio valued at US$1.5 billion, as well as the Regional HIV and AIDS Program (RHAP) portfolio.

Yvonne has obtained USAID’s Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C)– Levels I and II. She also holds an MBA and BBA.
