Suganthy Jebarani joined Humentum in September 2020. As Senior Manager, Learning Solutions she manages learning systems, content creation/revision of online courses, and deploys learning solutions for Humentum Learning Services subscribers, with the focus of providing a seamless end-user experience for our learners.

Suganthy has over 10 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector. As a learning and development professional, she is passionate about empowering learners with the required knowledge and skills to best serve their beneficiaries. She previously worked for Catholic Relief Services as a Learning Specialist where she administered talent management systems and implemented learning initiatives. She has graduate degrees in Instructional Technology from Towson University, Maryland, USA and Human Resource Development from McDaniel College, Westminster, Maryland, USA.

Suganthy lives in Hyderabad, India.
