Keith Edwards has more than 28 years’ experience in capacity building and risk management including compliance and internal audit, awards administration, and support services standard operating procedures. Serving as a master trainer at Humentum, he is an expert at developing training curricula, delivering trainings, and interpreting donor rules and regulations. He served on the InsideNGO board of directors for four years.

Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Keith is principal partner and NGO consultant at Kaepe Solutions, a business management consultant company. His focus is on simple, practical solutions to organizations’ compliance and risk issues and concerns. He also works with US and non-US organizations to conduct capacity assessments, and build and implement performance monitoring and reporting standards. He has successfully prepared low capacity organizations to become direct recipients of donor funding.
