Ross is responsible for making sure organizations and individuals receives the best possible learning experiences from Humentum through overseeing course development and maintenance, our online learning platforms, our client services team and our associates. He has a drive and passion for changing the way organizations work through learning programs which make a real and tangible impact on individuals and groups within those organizations.

Ross joined Humentum (formerly LINGOs) in July 2014 as a senior facilitator. In late 2015, he moved into his current role and is now responsible for overseeing and growing Humentum’s Learning Services members. Before working at LINGOs, Ross was a LINGOs member working for Islamic Relief as head of learning and development. His first training job was in rural Nepal helping communities with issues around environmental protection. Ross also spent four years training in the corporate sector; he has never wanted to go back.
