Yanyn “Yany” San Luis is the founder and CEO of The Win Woman, a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise Woman-Owned Small Business, and certified Minority Business Enterprise.

In her role, she strategically guides the company in its mission to empower women and help forward-thinking nonprofits and mid-sized corporations maximize revenue, impact, and effectiveness. She does this with turn-key fundraising campaigns, corporate social responsibility initiatives, strategic partnership development, and donor and board activation. Under her steadfast guidance and emphasis on connections and support, The Win Woman has served over 150 business owners nationwide and has helped raise over $23M for nonprofit organizations.

Prior to her work with The Win Woman, Yanyn applied her expertise in fundraising and sales to help numerous Fortune 500 companies, including EY, Microsoft, Univision, Dell, and Hyatt. With her leadership, their bottom line increased by millions of dollars and their sales teams leveled up their daily performance. She is also a professor at Florida International University, where she teaches her fail-proof negotiation framework to hundreds of sales and marketing undergraduate and graduate students.

In furtherance of her passion to lift other women up, Yanyn is a long-time board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) (South Florida chapter), including President. She has also secured funding and assisted in the launch of the “Stop Sexual Trafficking” awareness campaign in South Florida and, in partnership with Nordstroms and National Hispana Leadership Institute, designed the first “Hispanic Women’s Conference.”

Yanyn received both her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies from Florida International University.
