Sector Jobs: Humentum’s Job Board

With over 20 years of experience working in the non profit sector, I have had the privilege of dedicating my career to helping others. Throughout this time, I have engaged with a variety of organizations, primarily focussing on initiatives that support children and families. This commitment has not only allowed me to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need, but it has also enriched my own life in countless ways.

One of the reasons I like my role is because it allows me to contribute meaningfully to the organizations I collaborate with globally. Every day presents new opportunities, which keep me engaged and motivated. The supportive and focused environment within our organization is a significant motivation. Overall, the sense of purpose and working with great colleagues make me genuinely love what I do.

It is inspiring to work within an organization with a shared purpose and passion, my current role is supporting the initiative to end violence against women and girls. The support I get from my colleagues and the focus on staff well being is something I have always experienced in the NGO sector.
