Description

This course starts by putting the financial health assessment process in context and identifying key risks and challenges of a NGO partner organization by performing a due diligence review. From there you’ll focus on analyzing financial statements, financial resilience, and partner reviews. Moving from theory to practice, you’ll work through all you’ve learned with a hands-on, real-life case study.
After completing the training, you will have NGO templates, tips, and a toolkit to make decisions confidently.

I will use what I have learned in this course to understand the financial health of my grantees and be able to assess and support them better, especially in building their funding base through proper financing strategies and financial systems. The support I got from [the trainers] was so amazing. I enjoyed exploring the course content immensely.
