Meti Busha worked with Humentum (formerly Mango) from December 2014 while Mango was a service provider for the British Council Ethiopia on the CSSP (Civil Society Support program). She worked as Financial Capacity Development Mentor for the CSSP until January 2017 on the same post under close supervision of Mango staff, delivering financial management, grant management, and financial sustainability trainings and mentoring the CSO/Civil Societies organizations staff.

Later, Meti became an associate of Mango through the Agar Development Partner/affiliate organization with Humentum in Ethiopia and delivered Humentum trainings in Ethiopia and Ghana. Meti has had a remarkable experience in the NGO sector before and after the CSSP post in financial management and grant management for more than 13 years. She also has a related educational background with financial management up to master’s level and is partly qualified with ACCA.
