Description

You won the proposal. Now you have to turn the ideal into the real.

This practical NGO Project DPro training course will help you bridge the disconnect that can happen between project design, proposal ideals, and actual project implementation. You’ll learn how to break down silos and engage teams to create an agile process that adapts to real-life constraints. Don’t just manage your project; deliver results that last.

Project DPro Certification Exam:

Project DPro is a globally recognized project management certification for development professionals. This training prepares learners to take the Project DPro Foundation Certification Exam. The training fee does not include the cost of the exam, and it is not administered at the end of the training. Our recommended exam provider is PM4NGOs.

Your great facilitation played a major role in making it happen; you made it easy and fun. The content was great as well, and for someone who received other project management trainings like myself, I can confidently say that the PMD is the most relatable and applicable course I ever attended

Fredius Dzumbunu External Relations, Communications and Partnerships, Population Services Zimbabwe

Project Dpro training was instrumental in refining my technical prowess in designing digital health initiatives that are strategic, collaborative, effective and that follow through to sustainability. The visual representation of the current to future state design provided a succinct & measurable storyline in the identification of strategic areas for intervention.
