You should have received an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you did not receive the email, please click Forgot your password? below the form and enter your Humentum username (usually your work email address).
When you start the reset process, you will receive an email under the subject Resetting your Humentum password. It contains a link you must click to complete the process. If that email does not come to your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Junk/Spam or Clutter folders.
