Humentum calls for nominations to #IFR4NPO Practitioner Advisory Group

Humentum is seeking experts from the global non-profit community to participate in the joint International Financial Reporting for Non-Profit Organisations (#IFR4NPO) project.

Humentum has established a Practitioner Advisory Group (PAG) to advise standard setters on the needs of the sector. The call for nominations aims to increase PAG membership and provide diverse and comprehensive perspectives on financial reporting issues for non-profit organisations (NPOs).

Nominations are welcome from all individuals working with international financial reporting for NPOs. The PAG is seeking enthusiastic, experienced and well-connected individuals in order to deliver the strongest results for the international NPO community. Applications from accounts preparers and other practitioners in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia are strongly encouraged. Our objective is to ensure a healthy regional balance and varied set of stakeholder views.

The PAG consists of NPO accounts preparers, donors, regulators, academics, auditors and other professionals from the sector. The role of volunteer PAG members is to provide input and feedback, to ensure newly drafted reporting guidance is relevant and appropriate for NPO stakeholders around the world.
Membership involves two in-person, two-day meetings per year, occasional two-hour virtual meetings and advocating for the project via local networks. The next in-person PAG meeting will be held on 17-18 June.

Complete this simple form to apply to join the PAG here. The deadline for applications is Sunday 1 March 2020. For further information please contact the IFR4NPO communications team at info@ifr4npo.org
