Executive Working Group: Transforming Organizational Models
The What
- Work with your peers to examine and consider the pros and cons of existing and emerging organizational models (e.g. federation, affiliated, merger/acquisition, etc.)
- Consider your own organizational challenges and options through supported and facilitated analysis and dialogue
- Develop recommendations around organizational transformation, considering how well available models align with common incentives including localization, growth, and revenue diversification
- Contribute to the development of a publicly available resource guide designed to help organizations adapt their models while emphasizing equity, resilience and accountability
The Who
- C-suite leaders considering making meaningful change to their organization’s model in the next 1-2 years; willing to have practical conversations; committed to participating with their peers
- This Executive Working Group is open to members of Humentum at no charge, and at a modest registration fee ($300) for non-Humentum members from select ally-organizations invited by Humentum
Spaces are limited and will be capped to ensure the quality of the experience. Applicants who apply after the cut-off will receive preferential admittance to the next Executive Working Group cohort (on a different topic).
The How
- A facilitated working group for actionable dialogue leading to the co-creation of practical tools for transforming organizational structure
- Join a small group of peers to explore and document the implications of emerging organizational models in a safe, trusted space
The Result
- Build strong connections with peers that will continue beyond this opportunity
- Accelerate your own organizations progress thanks to this dedicated space for problem-solving
- Contribute to related thought leadership hosted and promoted by Humentum
- Co-create a resource on future-proof organizational models
Most recently, Humentum Working Groups have developed highly relevant and practical resources including the TIME INGO Roadmap, in partnership with EngenderHealth, and the Equitable Compensation Playbook (coming in April 2024), in partnership with Project Fair.
