Born in Denmark to Gambian parents, Aisha has lived in Denmark, the UK, and The Gambia, enriching her perspective on diverse cultures and development challenges.
Her professional journey spans multiple countries, including Uganda, Ghana, Zambia, Namibia, and Rwanda, where she has worked with civil society, the private sector, and various ministries and government agencies. Aisha’s work is particularly focused on strategic positioning within African sectors, emphasizing the importance of policy engagement and operational planning.
