Alison Brady is an independent consultant who works with NGOs to strengthen their compliance and operations functions by assessing their current capacity and developing standard operating procedures and participatory trainings. She was an Associate Program Director for Humentum (previously InsideNGO) from 2014 to 2019 and has been a trainer for Humentum since 2011. Before joining Humentum, she was the deputy director for awards and compliance at Population Services International (PSI), where she led the prime award and subaward functions in PSI’s grants and contracts department. Earlier in her career, she was a contracts and grants manager at Family Health International, an operations manager for a microfinance project in Mali, and a manager for USAID-funded contracts at Chemonics International.
