Andrew Byama joined Humentum in October 2024 as Senior Manager, Client Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for managing Humentum’s client acquisition and retention activities as part of the Humentum growth team to implement growth strategies –covering acquisition, marketing and retention. He has a passion for developing and maintaining client relationships that drive positive change and sustainable and tangible impact for people, organizations, and the world.

He loves to have conversations around customizing solutions for specific client needs.

Andrew, a business development specialist, has a 20-year working career mainly in business development roles in training, professional development and consultancy for international development organizations, member associations, business schools and banking.

He has joined Humentum from Crown Agents (UK) and is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Outside work, he enjoys organizing fun and torturously hilly running experiences, running, hiking, mountain biking, socializing and exploring different yet simple cooking recipes.
