After 25 years as a police detective in Australia, specializing in major crime, Andrew transitioned into investigation management with the Australian Federal Government and later in Geneva. Fluent in English and French, Andrew’s expertise lies in national security, fraud, corruption, and human rights abuse, with a focus on the protection and prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment. Dedicated to raising the standards of safeguarding investigations in NGOs and international bodies, Andrew led the development and launch of the Investigation Qualification Training Scheme, a pivotal initiative delivered in partnership by CHS Alliance and Humentum.
