Delia is a Business Administrator, with an MBA. in entrepreneurship, and is certified in PMDPro1, PMDPro2 (Project Management for Development, levels 1 and 2), and PgMDPro (Management of Development Programs). She has been a university professor since 2002, in Management, Human Resources, Market Research, Management Theory, etc. She is a member of Asociación Visión para el Desarrollo (ASOVID), a partner institution of the GEPAL project (Project Management for Latin America) in Guatemala.

Case studies

Delia has been involved in activities with non-profit organizations for almost 20 years, supporting management processes, planning, evaluation and monitoring and management of human and financial resources, beginning in this sector with Project Hope in 1997. Starting in 2005, she began her activities as a consultant in planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects, coaching, and facilitation in training processes and organizational strengthening for several institutions with different action lines, such as health, culture, education and microfinance. She started her relationship with Humentum as a volunteer in translation and adaptation of training materials into Spanish, and then structuring contents for virtual training with the GEPAL Project. Then she started as cofacilitator of face-to-face and virtual training processes, in the PMDPro methodology in several countries of Latin America, such as Panama, Ecuador, Paraguay, Brazil and Guatemala, as well as consultancy processes.
