Dominique GazdaCustomer Success Manager, US
Dominique joined Humentum (formerly LINGOs) in April 2016. In her current role, Dominique supports the wider organization with the logistics and delivery of our online events. Her focus is to ensure a positive experience, from start to finish, for our attendees. She also handles our member community, Humentum Connect. She provides technical support to members and maintains the content in the communities.
Prior to joining the learning delivery team, Dominique worked at Humentum in a couple different roles; accounting coordinator, HR Generalist and Board liaison as well as Membership & HR Officer. She enjoyed and continues to enjoy the opportunity to learn about the internal and external parts of the organization.
Dominique has many years’ experience in customer service, training, office management, and bookkeeping. She has spent time volunteering with animals in South Africa and loves to be helpful in both her personal and professional life.
