Dounia Chatto first joined Humentum in October 2022 as Marketing & Communications Officer, focusing on supporting Humentum’s overall content marketing efforts. By April 2024, she advanced to Digital Content Manager, spearheading Humentum’s digital content strategy, managing social media, interviewing clients and associates, creating content, and overseeing graphic design and video production – all to elevate Humentum’s brand awareness and drive thought leadership. As of April 2025, Dounia occupies the role of Marketing & Communications Manager.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Media Studies.

Prior to her tenure at Humentum, Dounia gained experience working with African entities such as UNICEF, IRESEN, and AFRICAWORK, which sparked her interest in the development sector and helped her hone her digital marketing skills.

Hailing from Morocco, Dounia is multilingual, fluent in Arabic, French, and English, a skill set that enriches her ability to connect with diverse audiences across the globe.
