Ian Barry, FCA, qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in London before spending nearly 30 years in senior financial management in the UK and overseas. He was Finance Director of Oxfam GB and then CFO of CAB International. He has served on DFID’s audit committee and was Treasurer of BOND, is now Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee for International Rescue Committee UK, and Chair of the board of SOS Sahel UK.
