Ibrahim Hatibu is a change facilitator and strategic leader with vast experience supporting organizations and their people to evolve and manage complexity. He has many years of senior leadership in Organizational Development and learning. Hatibu holds Masters in Peace and conflict transformation from the University of Basel, and a variety of professional qualifications including International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certificates in Project Management, and Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro level 1 & 2). Hatibu is an active member of various global Quality and Accountability initiatives including Sphere, INEE, CHS, GNDR and CaLP. He lives in Nairobi, Kenya.

Ibrahim has consulted for a number of UN agencies and INGOs including FAO, UNICEF, Oxfam, CARE, IBTCI, RedR UK, Trocaire, Welthunger Hilfe, Sphere, World Vision Ethiopia, CISP, Islamic Relief, and ADH Germany. Hatibu has also held senior leadership positions with several INGOs to steer multi-cultural teams in various countries among them Kenya, Somalia, Liberia, Indonesia, Sierra Leone and South Sudan. Hatibu’s most recent assignment was with IBIS Liberia as Senior Programme Manager Strategic Leadership and Capacity Building.
