Jo joined Humentum (formerly Mango) in January 2016 as the in-house training manager. In that role, she managed Humentum’s best practice and bespoke in-house training, working with clients to ensure they receive the training that best responds to the needs of their organization and staff. She now serves as Humentum’s Head of Finance.

After training as a teacher and then as a management accountant, Jo has worked in the NGO sector since 2000. Her experience is in supporting staff and local partners with financial management and capacity building across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
