Josephina Blumberg

Client Engagement Manager

Josephina Blumberg joined Humentum in May 2019 as the Events & Registration Assistant. Since 2020, she has held the role of Client Engagement Manager. In this role, Josephina has managed the design and contracting of projects and programs with clients to deepen the long-term relationship, ensured projects and programs achieve their intended results, and experienced excellent customer service.

Prior to this, Josephina worked with nonprofits domestically and internationally in the areas of grant writing, fundraising, event planning, and donor management, including organizations, such as Action Research Centre, Multicultural Leadership Program, Atlas Corp, and the World Friendship Centre.

Josephina completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies at Illinois Wesleyan University. She was also a Peace Fellow at IWU, focusing on peace, conflict resolution, and social justice. Josephina is certified in Project Management for Development Professionals (Project DPro), Program Management for Development Professionals (Program DPro) and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
