Kim Schwartz currently serves as Senior Vice President/Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Population Services International and is responsible for the organization’s finance, treasury, budget financial analysis, contracts, pricing, procurement, digital and technology activities. She has more than 30 years of experience in finance and technology in healthcare, non-profit, and fortune 500 organizations.

Before joining PSI, Kim was the CFO for the American Lung Association, the Vice President of Finance for the American Red Cross, and the Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Finance at the Inova Health Care Systems. Kim worked for Ernst & Young in both their audit and consulting divisions with an emphasis on healthcare.

Kim is a member of the following boards: Humentum and Humentum-UK; Society for Family Health, Nigeria; Population Services- South Africa and Population Services -Kenya and IPL India. She is also past Chair of the Board and Finance Committee Chair of the Patient Access Network Foundation.

Kim is a CPA and a Graduate of the State University of New York Polytech Albany/Utica.
