Lisa Ghali is an independent consultant in organizational development, training, and international social work. She is a highly skilled facilitator and instructional designer, strengthening teams by building individual and organizational capacity. Lisa has facilitated workshops in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North and South America.

Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Masters’s in Social Work at New York University, focusing on global interventions in social policy and trauma. She has worked in various capacities, including mobilizing communities to rebuild and revitalize lower Manhattan after the September 11 attacks and reconnecting internationally separated family members through the American Red Cross.

Years of working globally have cultivated Lisa’s skills to thrive in multicultural environments and work with people from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired goals. Lisa enjoys facilitating group discussions and engaging participants to achieve their full potential in her interactive workshops.
