Marisa joined Humentum as a Customer Service Officer in November 2023. She has always been passionate about helping and assisting people, which is why she has been drawn to customer-focused positions.

Before joining Humentum, she worked as a Customer Support Representative and eventually as a leader. She has more than five years of experience delivering positive customer experiences in different companies. Client satisfaction is her priority, so she is here to make sure that client interaction with Humentum is outstanding.
