Skills and experience

With 20 years of experience in management processes and participatory development of projects, Marlon Pineda is certified as a Trainer of Trainers (TOT), and holds certification in Project Management for Development Professionals PMD Pro 1 (Humentum). In Honduras he has worked for several civil society organizations, development agencies in the national context and in the implementation of programs funded by international cooperation including Canada, USAID, IDB, Norwegian Cooperation, IFAD, OFID, CABEI, UN, and IAF. These processes include strategic and operational planning, inter-institutional management and monitoring and evaluation.

In the role of national/international consultant, Marlon Pineda supports the monitoring and evaluation processes of the project portfolio of international cooperation agencies, as well as the management processes for organizational development and the promotion of continuous improvement models for organizations assisted with cooperation resources.
