Meseret Ansebo brings decades worth of experience in people strategies, organizational development, and culture work in international development and philanthropic sectors. In her current role as the Global Director of People and Culture at the Ford Foundation, Meseret provides leadership in the integration of effective and inclusive people management programs and advancement of an inclusive workplace culture and practices. Prior to joining Ford, Meseret served as the Chief People Officer with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), and Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB). Meseret is a familiar face around the Humentum HR community because of her engagement in our programs over the years.

Meseret holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Empire State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
