Mohamed is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with more than fifteen years’ expertise in Public Financial Management, Fraud Prevention, Auditing and Consulting, both with Private Sector and large IFIs (IMF, World Bank, United Nations…). Mohamed is currently managing his own consulting business specialized in Finance, Auditing and Business Processes Enhancement, with missions conducted in Europe (France, Spain, Turkey..), the Middle East (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar,…) and Africa (Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia…).

Mohamed is a member of the scientific council of the International Academy of Finance and Control and has a wide experience in IPSAS / IFRS and ISSAI / ISA standards. Mohamed contributed to the preparation of several Program Operating Manuals for international donors funded projects as well as audit guidelines along with the assessment of the quality and compliance to international standards of more than 500 audit reports of development projects executed in more than 97 countries.
