Skills and experience

Olga Wall has over 25 years’ US Government contract and grant experience, with specific focus on USAID overseas programs. Olga is an expert in USAID contract and grant compliance and administration and has taught over 500 hours of courses on these subjects around the world. Olga’s special interests include simplification and innovation in USAID contracts & grants and prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse, which would maximize the funds reaching the intended beneficiaries of foreign aid. Olga currently serves as the Chief of Compliance & Contract Administration for Palladium Americas. She is fluent in English and Russian and is based near Middleburg, Virginia.
