Oswaldo Barbosa has been working for 20 years in the management of social and inclusive projects/businesses. He is a facilitator and specialist in strategic planning, financial management, project design and evaluation, structuring, organizational restructuring, and public management. Oswaldo is currently CEO of Startup GO Gestão de Oportunidades and Associate Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral-FDC, a consultant in project management and social business, and a university professor.
Oswaldo is President of Anea-National Association of Supported Employment and franchisee of Humentum in Brazil for international Project DPro certification training. He was previously Financial Director of FUNDAMIG – Minas Gerais Federation of Foundations and Private Law Associations between 2016-2018.
Oswaldo holds a Ph.D. in Administration from PUC Minas. He has a Master’s in Public Administration from Fundação João Pinheiro. He is certified in the Project DPro methodology, RHProfiler Analyst, and consultant/researcher in the supported employment methodology. Oswaldo’s work has focused on the management of inclusion projects for people with disabilities in work and education for 14 years. His doctoral thesis is on the Supported Employment method.
