Richard Powell is internationally regarded as a subject matter expert in all aspects of Safeguarding, SEAH investigation and training. He is a highly experienced safeguarding specialist who has built on decades of international experience to establish a busy freelance consultancy working with INGOs, academic bodies, international donors, UN agencies and government. He has held global roles with Save the Children and has worked on the ground in over 50 countries. He is based in Wales in the U.K.
