Stephen is an experienced operations and systems leader with a career spanning over 20 years. He joined Humentum in November 2024 as Senior Manager, Learning Delivery, where he focuses on optimizing processes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Stephen’s passion lies in building efficient systems that support high-quality education and training, while also nurturing inclusive and empowered teams. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, he has served as an equality and diversity champion, working closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and improve stakeholder experiences. His extensive background in data protection and regulatory compliance ensures that learners and teams are supported by robust, efficient systems.

Outside of work, he enjoys life on the beautiful North-East coast of England. Surrounded by scenic beaches and historic landmarks, he finds relaxation and inspiration in the area’s natural beauty.

Stephen lives in the North East of England in a small village near the coast and loves the quiet, rural environment. He says it’s a regular occurrence to see horses and tractors passing by the front of the house!
