Stephen Collinson joined Humentum in January 2023 as Registration and Outreach
Manager. His expertise is in enhancing operations and driving improvement to support
the delivery of training to members and clients. Stephen’s focus is to manage the
outreach and registration of individuals into Humentum’s globally delivered
trainings.

Prior to joining Humentum, Stephen worked in the UK education sector. Most recently
working for an awarding organization as Operations Manager. This role supported
organizations registering learners onto UK regulated qualifications and then issuing
qualification certificates to those who completed successfully. This was achieved by
leading a team to provide excellence in customer service, and by improving systems
and processes to provide an outstanding learner and customer journey.

Stephen lives in the North East of England in a small village near the coast and loves
the quiet, rural environment. He says it’s a regular occurrence to see horses and
tractors passing by the front of the house!
