William (Bill) Rollo has over 25 years of experience in both domestic and international nonprofit management.  He was formerly executive director of Northeast Florida AIDS Network (NFAN) before moving on to work with EngenderHealth, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Helen Keller International (HKI).  He currently is an independent consultant (William J Rollo Consulting LLC) for NGOs on implementation of systems and strengthening operations.  He has a BA in Accounting with an emphasis in Information Systems, an MBA and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI.

During his tenure at EngenderHealth and at PPFA, he was responsible for implementation of QuickBooks in the field offices, standardizing financial procedures and financial reporting.  Since that time, he has focused on operational systems implementation for both HQ and field offices, working with mostly cloud-based systems implementations.
