Yalitza has been part of a team working for the development sector in Latin America for almost 7 years, where she focuses on online and face-to-face event coordination, systematization, and management of multidisciplinary teams as part of operational coordination of consultancies and training (online and Face-to-face). She has significant focus in Project management area, including the implementation of Project DPro methodologies, as trainer and consultant, including tools implementation and adaptation, project and strategic planning, process operationalization, and project management.

Case Studies

As part of the Project DPro experience, Yalitza has facilitated and co-facilitated online and face-to-face training, worked on English to Spanish document and tools translation, and tools implementation and manualization as part or workshops and consultancy processes. In consultancy , she has co-facilitated Strategic Planning and project planning process for ONGs located in Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico. And Project Management for consultancy focus on psychological evaluations for children, teenagers and adults.
