Zoe Mitchell first joined Humentum in January 2023 as Head, People & Culture. In this role, Zoe supports the team to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles at the right time, creating a culture of belonging that enables colleagues to learn, develop and grow. As of 2024, she holds the position of Director, People & Culture.

Prior to joining Humentum, Zoe worked as Head of People & Culture for national and local charities in the UK, driving the people agenda and ensuring vision and values were aligned with everyone. At Graduate Prospects, her people practices saw the retainment of the Investors in People accreditation on 6 occasions. The early part of her career focused on Human Resources in the Hospitality sector, working with Hilton in the UK and Delta by Marriott in Canada.

Zoe is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), She lives in Bolton, Greater Manchester, UK.
