Jenna Thoretz joined Humentum as a Government Affairs & Advocacy Intern for the summer of 2021. She is passionate about ensuring equity and accountability in development through advocacy and policy development.
Prior to joining Humentum, Jenna interned with multiple non-profit organizations, including the Asherah Foundation and Win Without War. Jenna spent the fall of 2019 studying global health and development policy in Geneva, Switzerland. During her time abroad, she completed research examining the efficacy of gender mainstreaming across various humanitarian organizations.
She graduated from Gettysburg College in 2021 with a BA in Political Science and Public Policy and will be pursuing a MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics this coming fall.
